Hello fellows,

I am wondering if "dot.tk" lets us to cloak our CB affiliate links for free using it?
Do you guys have used or are now using dot.tk for such a task or recommend it?

Thanks

you need hosting to run any scripts like a cloaker not a domain.

Also a dot.tk when it gets busy has a habit of being taken away by dot.tk. They then just use your traffic and put up a parked page and earn commission from your traffic.

one more thing: once I tried to share a site with .tk extension and facebook didn't let me do that even the site had no malware or any bad stuff on it.

Go for a .net / .org or .com
Or something legit.

Everything else looks shady/crappy.

I know its hard to invest in the beginning, but if you want to start making money online the first 3 things you MUST HAVE are:
- Hosting
- Domain
- Brain :)

So instead of wasting your time with free domains/hosts just start searching for some really cheap ones and start off with them.

You could actually start by finding domains names and then using coupons to drastically reduce domain costs.

Thanks so much buddies for all your input.
To be honest I just wanted a free and of course more proesional domian than tinyurl. I don't have any website, Just using youtube to promote CB products....

Go for a 99 cent domain or a 2$ .info and the cloak with trust jacker. It will ook good an less spammy than anything

God I thought .tk domains died a fiery death in Tartarus like 6 years ago. No, don't use a .tk. Spend literally the cost of lunch to buy a legitimate domain.

tk is kinda shady bro, try to cloak it some other way! adfly maybe? depends if your on google advertising i wouldnt cloak it then

i've used it in the past but not anymore.

i agree, you should get your own domain name. looks more professional

Just go buy a real domain! They aren't that expensive! You gotta spend money to make money!

No real customer is their right mind would ever click on your link, not to mention trust your offer with that .tk ending, if they do click. As mentioned here, buying a domain for pennies and using a simple redirect script would be far more beneficial for you in the long run.

Look for promo codes for registrars such as godaddy and you'll find offers for .com domains for just $0.99. Trust me, that'll be money well spent!

I agree. It would be even better to buy a domain name with hyphens e.g. Your-Own-Website.com (if you cannot find your desired name without hyphens) and with a .com ending than almost any other endings (look at the top selling Clickbank products). As mentioned, the cost pennies which can be translated into gold in the long run (not just SEO wise).

Getting a .tk over .com is like getting a salad over chicken at KFC. Yeah, it may have chicken in it, but...

Nah.
