I found a dot net domain for one genuine dictionary word. the word has 27000 exact search and cpc of .38 .total alphabets in the word are 7. How much do guys think its worth? dot com is already taken. Should I buy it and what its worth?

Things that you should take into consideration is that how many UV the website has and if it is an exact keyword domain. If its a .net i'm sure it would be worth lesser. IMO, if you want to get the website, do more due diligence with it first. Without much information i doubt i can gauge for you the price range that you were expecting.

actually i'm not thinking about buying dot com website but only interested in buying dot net extension as it is only one genuine word. Considering pretty much every decent word is taken in dot net extension. I would only like to buy dot net extension and then flip it.? would it be easy to sell dot net extension ?

It's not going to worth anything until you make it so.

Rank it or give it real PR and the value will dramatically increase from $0 to $500 and beyond..

I wonder what content you can put on that domain? The meaning of the word?

Is the keyword a buying keyword like refrigerator or something?

It is not a keyword which is associated with a product like you said refrigerator etc but it is brandable and it definitely mean something and can be associated with travel easily . It mean more like hurry.

The organic keyword is most important here.

Start doing some searches, looking at who is ranking for the term. Do you have any chance of getting on the first page?

Are there loads of authority sites in the SERPS for this term?

What about YouTube?

Can you monetise it effectively?

Have you thought about what kind of site you would build?

So many things still to answer!

seven letter dictionary .net, 27k exact searches. Has some value. Since the other extensions aren't regged yet, it probably isn't fantastic though. Likely better than reg fee, if spelled correctly.
