You always have an option to report them if you genuinely feel that they are spamming you message box.

And to others talking about GoDaddy, I think GoDaddy is the long lost brother Gaypal. Both offer absolutely crap customer service and take away your peace of mind at their own will. No the other part of this sentence isn't sarcasm, but a genuine rant.
