By the by, make sure fans that like your pages choose to get notifications AND make sure they come back and interact often. The more often they interact with your page, the more likely they are to see your posts.

LOL they clearly aren't then, if they were they would get a decent reach, that's how pages work in facebooks new algorithm. Pages that have HQ content that the user wants to read and are interesting that then get commented on liked and shared end up at the top of facebook feeds
Facebook is stopping spammy pages taking traffic away from their site and as a business they are right to do so.

Nice try at being patronising it's your shitty Facebook post's that are the problem if you haven't got HQ posts then your Facebook fans aren't interacting meaning a drop in your reach that's why I have said to use other sources of traffic than just posting from your pages to get traffic to your page.
Try making ten accounts and adding people in your pages niche, send them to your page and every time you post. Use AMF to boost your pages post likes and shares then use your accounts to like, share and comment on each post.
Simple as, no matter how HQ your page looks if it doesn't get interaction from the fans it won't get any traffic to the post it gets blacklisted from the fans feed unless they interact with your page again.

No problem, FB will filter a lot of what your fans see but the more interactive they are with the page, the more you will show up.
You will have to get creative, I like using inspirational type meme's or funny ones as well as running specials and what not. Even then its not perfect but better than nothing.
Funny how the OP never replied to this post on how to gain more page exposure.

He's running around in circles, one minute it's his reach then he says he's on about likes and then when you tell how to increase his post exposure he doesn't reply to the suggestion saying he's talking about likes and not traffic even though likes and traffic is the same thing. he's pissed off because he can't sit there with a click of the button and get huge traffic to his page boo fucking hoo.
