Dont Use SESCOUT

    Hey guys I have been using sescout for a while and their service sucks. Theyre rankings hardly ever update and when they do theyre no accurate. I tried cancelling my account over two months ago and since then they have debited my card two times already. I submitted 12 support tickets asking to cancel and still have not received a response. I ended up having to pay $20 to my bank to put a stop payment on them. Just a fair warning, I highly recommend not using them.

    You had to pay your bank to cancel a direct debit?
    Which bank do you use? Crapbank.com?
    I've never heard of a bank charging to cancel a DD or standing order.
    And I hate banks.

    I bank with Chase. Ive always had to pay a $20 fee for a cancellation. They consider it as a stop payment... Maybe I should be shopping around for others banks. Thats kinda besides the point though. I shouldnt even having to be dealing with that. Theyre customer service is virtually non existent.

    This isn't the first time I've heard bad news about them.
    Secondly, strange your bank charges you. All I do is walk in, tell them to cancel it, then out without paying.

    Ya I have only been with one bank. Originally I was with washington mutual and they were bought out by chase but Ive always had to pay a $20-$25 fee to a stop payment.

    just post on their online board - and they will refund you ASAP

    I know how you feel - works one day and for the next 67 it doesn't
    Been There Done That and Got My Money Back As Well.

    It was ok for awhile, but then, it just stopped updating.

    I submitted a ticket, no answer.

    I tried cancelling, it didn't work. I submitted another ticket and no answer. 2 weeks later I noticed my account was switched back to free. I guess they cancelled my account but didn't bother to tell me.

    i've been using seopanel recently not the greatest but hey its free and give me a fair idea of wots going on while i look about for a full blown pro package
