Don't Use Nirnimesz For Forwarded Numbers

I have been buying from Nirnimesz for a while now. Usually the service has been good. Lately it was shaky. Excuse after excuse. This order has been no email with an excuse and no numbers. 8 days so far and he said I'd get my numbers by last Friday night. I don't mind my numbers being late but what about a complimentary email stating why? I'd steer away from this guy. I led a bunch of blackhatters his way.

So...do I contact my credit card company to get my money back or Paypal? Never had to reverse a transaction until this guy. Thanks.
