you cant beat google, i have never used and NEVER WILL use google url shortener, google is the enemy. do not allow them to control your income when you dont have to

Don't use any shortners that have a "report as spam" function. Meaning don't use any of them. Even if you don't spam, there are competitors who just don't like you and report it just cause they are douche bags.
I found one that is useful but the problem is that it takes you to a empty site first where you have to press "continue." At the same time, there is a "download" button at the bottom and if you hit it, it takes you to a site about download managers or whatever.
Some people might accidentally hit it.

However, I highly recommend domain forwarding. Buy a .info domain for whatever cents and set it so that your .info domains directs to where ever you want.
One more thing about shortners, if you shorten the same link more then once, they give you the same url so if you only used it for 1 or 2 sites or something, it can hurt when they disable it.

As I just wrote, I've been using it for years for thousands and thousands of urls. Never had a single issue. Of course I have to use a different solution to track my clicks since this shortener doesn't provide stats like bit.ly or others, but this lack ends up being a selling point for me.
After all if you can see your stats adding a + at the end of the URL (like with bitly or google's shortener) anybody can... Even if your link doesn't get flagged, I'm not too eager that my competitors go snooping around.. Just saying

Not using G shortener was a no brainer. If they weren't the largest search engine I wouldn't even use them for searchers. One by one G will try to copy everything IM to infect it. They'll have a cpa soon if they don't already.

the problem with just using tinyurl is can be easily tracked and leave footprints across alot of videos because certain affiliate links no matter how many times you put it in the tinyurl thing it comes out as the same tinyurl

How do you setup on these up sounds promising or maybe if someone had bulk url shortener like scrapebox has but with more shorteners

tinyurl's can be customized, no need to accept the default random url returned. Its API makes it very convenient for automated tasks like the ones I set
2 shortened URL per day of the same link, but there are many tricks to reuse the same URL as a different string. Or even shortURL -> shortURL and so forth.Of course the more shortener domains the better in order to look the least spammy.
