How do you find the CPA in clickbank that pay you off of just filling out the email and zip code. The only ones I see on click bank are the products you have to sell. Help a noob out!

You can promote only products in CB... visit cpa section in BHW and find diferent cpa networks; all of the have email submit offers
You also have tips there on how to get accepted in any cpa network

you will not find on CB , CB just cost per sale , you need to search on other cpa networks http://www.offervault.com/

ClickBank does not have any such offers I believe. For finding email submits you should join other networks.
