I typed in anxiety as a keyword right. It gets 368,000 searches per month. It's a high competition keyword. But isn't that sort of a good thing?
Low competition keywords have something like 1,900 searches per month, so even though it's low competition I mean are you actually going to get a lot of people visiting your site regardless? I mean if no one is searching for the keyword then why bother making it? Is this where advertisement comes in? And then after some advertisement you can be the number 1 basketball player by yourself? Get the analogy, lol.
