I am using scrapebox and I cant figure out how to find blogs about specific topics, like lets say "angelina jolie" or "the government"

for example, how do I find the blogs that talk about the government?
    I have tried
    intitle:"government"
    intitle: government

and neither of these gives me what i need. some of the blogs are relevant, but most do not contain the word in the title or anywhere in the body.

This is an example of a blog that scrapebox spitted out for government:
    http://www.togglebreakpoint.net/post...MS-Part-1.aspx

why? where in the blog do you see the word government?

    Thats pretty self explanatory!

If you search for intitle:is this right or wrong, you'll see results which has some or all keywords in title whereas if you search allintitle:is this right or wrong, google will only show you pages which has all keywords in title
