I really liked the jumping in the car trick and a few others, but parkour really isn't all that if your main calling is IM. The problem is that there's nothing to sell. The guys doing parkour only need a pair of sweatpants and running shoes, and they are good to go. Skateboarding and surfing, though, might be worth checking out.

Who's talking about selling? It's just fun to watch, although I would never attempt it myself. :)
