Don't take it easy ?

Just got a call from a colleague of mine who started internet marketing just 2 months ago with literally zero investment and is now earning quite well from internet marketing, particularly from his YouTube channel.
I asked him, what is it that made you financially successful so fast in internet marketing.
His reply was "Don't take it easy".
I was a bit stunned and I requested him to explain further.
He said that he did not take it easy so far, by being tough on himself as far as his daily schedule is concerned and as far as his working hours everyday is concerned.
I adviced him to take it easy atleast once a week by working less or have a day off once a week, as that would reenergize him.
He took my advice and now he takes it easy once a week and he gave me the feedback that indeed it helps him to reenergize and remain focused.
Then we joked and we concluded as follows :-
Don't take it easy for 6 days a week, take it easy once a week.
After the discussion, we went out and had some beer to celebrate his success in internet marketing.

That's one solid advice on both sides, finding a balance in life is something we all need. Thanks

I joined internet marketing because my website earns for me while I relax on beach. If I had to work hard then I would rather become a Document AI accountant at showroom of cloths.

In that case, don't take it easy with the relaxing part while relaxing on the beach, which means : relax to the fullest possible extent.

Not sure about the thread but Emiway just got a new fan.

I don't think there is anything wrong with working 16 hour days, 7 days a week, if your life schedule allows for this. It's quite enjoyable for many people when you are your own boss. Put on some music and just lock into the grind.

I June I wrote 5 articles for my blog. Writing 10 hours per day for 2 days per article. After writing 5 articles I asked am I physically retard? Then I stopped

From now on am not taking it easy too, let's see what will happen.

I can't agree with this but I can understand

easy ruins my mentality

so 1 day is enough to fk me up, but that's just me

I still take break but like few days /year

that's the only way to see next level, not only business related
