Watermark your images, and add hotlink protection.

I've encountered this problem in the past, and it's pretty annoying but you can take some measures.
 
Message him and tell the guy to add your link below it as a source, and say that you'll take legal steps if he doesn't do that or remove it.
 
Put watermark on it or use copyscape API, it can prevent website from being copied.

I don't want a link, I want him/her to take the image down.
Already sent an email to him/her and the hosting company.
The weird part... it is not a junk shit website, it's actually a good website.

I like the image the way it is... why should I modify MY OWN IMAGE so the thieves can't copy it?
Shame on thieves.

you can do 1001 way to make it harder, but there is 1001 way to pirate it.
if you want to take it down sue them.
but this only work, if OP already licensed the trademark, and have capital to do it.
 
I laughed a way to hard on this :D
My video is all over youtube and dailymotion and my facebook cover is stolen and used on multiple facebook pages. You should accept it and move on you can't do anything about it people will continue to do so.
 
you are still in good hands that i havent even started httrack on it
 
1st send a DMCA takedown notice to the site owner
if no response then send the notice to the hosting
if no response (well hostings usually don't reply to DMCAs - they just force the site owner to remove it - so check if they have removed it or not) then send a DMCA to Google to deindex the page that have the image

how did you find out? was it through competitive analysis or he actually linked to your picture?

done it
and the website involved is not a shitty shit... so they should remove it.
website owner and the hosting company have been informed.
