Yep purchasing G+1 defiantly boost ranks a little . From my reasearch , the boost you get is the same between 200-800 +1s , 1000+1s , you get an even bigger boost but you also need to combine that with a lot of likes , about 800 and fast HR views to truly make it work . My channel is finally starting to slowly go higher in ranks for high competition keywords, after spending about 1500$ since I created it .

YouTube nowadays is nothing but an investment , there is so much competition that only those who are willing to invest a lot of money get big , there are some exception of course, some lucky people who for some reasin get 1M views on their first video and from there it is easy peasy but for the majority of people without perfect understand of SEO and researching exactly how youtube SEO works as well as some of the dirtiest tricks that dont brake TOS , that is the way to go . And again , don't ever boost your videos if they suck , you will only get hate and never get big.
