Dont send social signals.

Few signals don't make any changes, also check is there any backlinks drop or manual penalty.
 
I agree with most others in that it could a coincidence - however, think about the page/post the url the social shares link to - what have you changed since it was last crawled? Social signals can sometimes trigger a re-crawl and if something has changed that G is not keen on then maybe (maybe) that could impact on your current ranking...................maybe.
 
For Me, it does not look due to social signals. There is maybe other reasons like you lost some of your backlinks or anything else.
 
If you've done proper drip-feed then it's no problem, also few signals don't make many changes in ranking.
 
If you send social signals gradually, you shouldn't have problems, just keep them coming.
