When creating accounts, people seem to be using the quickest way to get dozens of e-mails which also allows for easy e-mail confirms
Let me start off by saying that Facebook looks at every piece of information
The e-mail domain is one of the more important ones, as it can quickly tell something about the user
Don't make your own domain and register e-mails that way
Try to avoid mail.ru type of e-mails
Gmail.com is probably the best choice for Facebook
Why? It's highly recognized and used all around but here's probably one of the real reasons
Facebook knows that to even have a gmail, you have to pass Google's security
So you'd have to pass Google AND then also Facebook. It's a smart move on their part, if they even thought about it this way. They probably have, seeing how they are disabling fakes left and right
Use gmail.com/hotmail.com/..
I can't stress this enough, QUALITY MATTERS!
