Don't know where to start

I have access to hundred of campaigns especially host an post ones,I need a site and a way to drive traffic,but I am clueless on how to generate traffic,I've use fiverr for clicks but that never works.any any help would be greatly appreciated.

Start from the beginning. Read a lot and build your projects. The only way you can learn is actually trying the methods.
