Go to Ukraina but take the artilery with you as you can be asalted by rusian army anytime . I am joking ,you need to work on your mindset as its everithing on your limiting beliefs ,mindset etc .You can be unhapy in the most rich country amd happy in among the most poor country in the worlds ,its all on how you think .Anyway i know uk its a good country related to jobs etc

if for a family a good apartment with elevator will already costs $400-$600. But other than that street food will cost only $1-$2 per person.

I know the situation and i am agree with you .Sometimes you need to move to a better country .Curently i live in UK and its not the greatest life but way better than my country

Thailand. You can get housing & food for less than 500$. Lived there and for 500$ I was getting three bedroom penthouse. So yeah have a look at it

imo it's too late to be moving to asia. i lived there for years and in the cheaper places, locals are sick of foreigners. poland, russia or thereabouts is probably better.
i live in south america, people are sick of foreigners too but it's easier to blend in here. anyone vaguely tan will pass for a local here.

How about Spain or Portugal? These countries are relatively cheap to live in (if you compare with Germany, Belgium etc) and have nice climate

I am from Argentina and I totally recommend to move here, if you make 500 dollars a month, you can live decently and even go out sometimes and buy clothing.
If you make 1000 dollars and you live alone you are in the high class, you can live the good life with that money... also chicks are the best here, we have the best meat and the typical mate, you won't regret it come here.

If you're earning in $ or € it's okay since local currency is weaker and it's relatively normal modern country, but now with Russia-Ukraine war it's uncertain if Russia will invade Poland too after they're done with Ukraine so I wouldn't recommend.
Edit:
But NOT $500, that'd be minimum wage here, you would starve, wouldn't be able to pay all your bills, lol.
