I'm looking for some help.

When i read about autoblogs here in BHW, i really liked the idea so i decided to make some autoblogs myself. Trying to do my best, I developed myself a method for content rewriting and i have been testing it for about 4 months.

The method works very well and the test websites are positioned high in SERP's. My question is what to do now and then how to monetize.

Let me explain a little more.

I gather rss from different sites, then rewrite the content and put this content in the test blogs. Because the content is highly targeted some of my test sites rank higher than the real sources and this is the problem.

While testing, i targeted niches that pay poorly or doesn't pay at all, to avoid websites owners complains to SE. But now that i'm ready to aim good niches, i'm a bit afraid.

The only solution i found to date is to rewrite PLR articles only but i don't know if this would be a good idea.

And my second question is:
How to monetize . I think i should not put adsense in those sites but i don't know what would be best. Adbrite???? CPA's offers????

I hope you understand my poor english and help me a little.

Thanks in advance

Umm autoblogs are not supposed to be that much work

They are usually set and forget. Are you worried about pulling Rss feeds or what?

And you should go after a niche that you can monetize well. There are different ways to monetize. I've used CJ, CB, Adsense, Ebay, Amazon, Pop shops, Link Share, Konterra, just to name some.

Depending on how many autoblogs you are doing-adsense should not be an issue. Personally I had 17 autoblogs-all with adsense and I have seen people on this board that have 200 autoblogs and no problem.

If your worried about "unique content", here is a link to a free uniqufier type plug-in. Its not my site and unfortunately you have to opt-in to get the plug-in. But I have used it in the past and it worked well. http://uniquecontent.lexorsoft.com/

Hope this helps.:)

I had an autoblog and it got sandboxed , completely went out of Google , I guess because the content wasnt unique.

To the thread starter , have you tried to monetize with Adsense?

Hi taberdude2

Let me explain a little more

I think autoblogs doesn't rank very well, because of duplicate content, i've been researching diferent "uniquifiers" plugins and they pass copyscape but SE still detects the content is the same or very similar so they get low rank.

I developed a "uniquifier" method that doesn't have this problem and i setup my blogs manually so the content is manually selected.

For example, i selected "acai berry" so i search the sites/pages with this terms and related terms that rank high without help of backlinks (this means the content is very good) then i manually select this articles and do the same for images and videos.

With all this content i feed my software and it generates many versions of the same articles and post on autopilot in a site and its surrounding linkwheel. With all this, in about 2/4 weeks the main site is able to outrank the sites from wich the content is copied.

I think with autoblogs SE and sites owners doesn't care because normally they are low in ranks but this is different.

Understand now??

mystery007 i have not tried with adsense because normally when i put adsense in my sites i received visits from google to check the content and i don't want to risk my account if they realize the content is copied.

Yes- what you said makes sense. I can tell you that there are people using adsense on there autoblogs.

Look at techcrunch.com -if you copy/paste the following article "The Online Ad Recession Continues. Is This What A Reset Looks Like?" into Google the whole front page pulls up other sites (obviously autoblogs) that have the same article and some of these sites are using adsense.

So-use your own discretion. There are other ways to monetize though.:)

techcrunch.com is the main source i think.

But what techcrunch.com owners think if an autoblog always outrank them??? This is the real problem.

I had not thought about ebay, amazon or CB to monetize the sites, but that seems a good advice. So monetization is solved.

Thanks

well i got some autoblog site and they all got PR 3

the source was come from amazon, article, youtube and yahoo answer but the CTR is still low :(
