i have listed my domain for sale but when appraised, it just costs a little over $600.

gee, too cheap.. although I haven't developed and updated the site for quite a long time, a friend told me that I could sell it over $3 K from buyers that would need my DN as their brand. Please suggest guys.. how much should I be selling this? I need some ideas..

Doesn't look too worthy. Potential buyers (apart from those looking for the keyword) will mostly look at your traffic and revenues stats, and then extrapolate from there.

so should it be worthy if I'll sell it for $600? I earn between $1 to $3 daily on adsense. pr is 2 backlinks are all made manual. has more than 400 manually created backlinks.

anyway, if i can't get enough from it, i guess i wont be selling it.. I just want some estimates that's all.

If ur site has good Adsense stats just sell it on flippa.

Domain name itself has close to nothing in value for me.

i decided not to sell it anyway.. it's better to snatch a lil $ from adsense in long term than in short but bulk the burst to nothing somehow..

If you want to keep it - develop it further.
3000 $ for this site ??? Even 600 $ is too much I think.

As far on calculation on basis of a $1/day.... site should sale for $450-500 on flippa.

Contact Meathead he can provide actual amount for which site would sale on flippa. there's also a thread of him in flipping section put it with details over there
