i need something free to build html up to my site i make beats at....right now i have concretemuzikbeatz dot com and its on a blog site.....is this fine in the meantime?

Dreamweaver will let you have a free trial for 1 month if you need an HTML edit. There are also decent free alternatives when your trial runs out.
 
You can also go to sites like 'yola' or 'webs' and create your website there. You can get a subdomain for free then. And when you start making money you can always just buy the real domain.
 
If you can't afford a website, build a Web 2.0 -- there are plenty of people making decent money from their Web 2.0 properties.
 
I see that you redirected your domain to angelfire web 2.0 ...

In my opinion, it's better to use wordpress with a premium theme. It's pretty easy and more professional.

Even if you don't: they'll provide you a subdomain for one of their own domains. Or go with wordpress.com and create your own blog. Or blogspot, that doesn't sound like a big issue.
 
It seems like you are fine.. If you are looking to do more than just share music then you will need to rent a server.
