Don't Give Up With Clickbank

When trying to sell clickbank products I found that this type of strategy DOES NOT work well.

1. Just place a banner on the page, who clicks on banners
2. Tell the visitor to buy now. Forcing someone never works, nudging them does.
3. Using articles from affiliates. Everyone is using them
4. Placing banner from clickbank affiliate, adsense, other advertisments etc. To much going on, confusing visitor.

What I found that works,

1. Review the products and let them know which is the best without selling
2. Write interesting articles about the product but don't sell
3. Keep it simple and don't put to many things on the page to click away from your site.
4. Have bad and good comments about the product, it makes it look more real, don't only keep the good ones.
5. Get their information so you can email them later. Make an offer up so they join your list. Don't just put join my mailing list. Put something like One Time Special Offer. You can even have a count down clock.
6. Put authority site links on your home page at the bottom. Looks good to visitor.

Hope this helps.

Making money with clickbank can be rather simple. You pick one or more of their products and promote it on your website. Now if you don't have a website, you may still be able to promote their products. Once you sign up for a product, you can grab the url they assign you. This is now your landing page. Now the url to your landing page is pretty long and non-sensical, so you go to the websites that allow you to shorten the link (such as ###### and bitly) Once you have your url, promote it on social networks and bookmarking sites.

Thats a great method. One way I like to see if a product truly converts is as follows. I by an info domain, try to find a place that sells them cheap. If you are choosing a product called dogtreats make sure you domain is similar to the product, ex- dogtreats101 (dot) info.

Use the mask feature and forward the domain to your click bank link. So now your domain dogtreats101 (dot) info goes to your offer page of the product.

Promote with articles, social networks, youtube etc... Check to see if it converts.

I am from a country which is not listed in clickbank. by the way thanks for the cool idea.

Another way to choose a clickbank product is to go to the popular article, web 2.0 sites etc., ehow, squidoo, ezinearticles, etc. Use alexa and look at the search analytics section to see what everyone is searching for. Go to clickbank and see if a product corresponds to the search.

Just curious as I'm doing the same method....How long does it take you to get SEO traffic after setting the 100 articles on the blog?

How do you stop or discourage refunds with clickbank? Seems like refunds are what frustrate the big money makers most.
