We are so fucked...there is slop everywhere, I go to Xvideos and there is AI generated porn on frontpage, if you try to read a newspaper, it's AI generated printed shit, if you try to go to youtube, half of the videos are generated garbage

This is just a case of carelessness I guess. It might not even be a situation where AI generated the whole news.
It could be that the reporter did the main research and then used ChatGPT for grammar correction or something similar but they ended up copying and pasting nonchalantly without going through what ChatGPT provided to them : D

Youtube shorts are like 60% AI lately. Some are so perfect I only notice when a comment points something out
