Don't EVER buy hosting from EasyWP Namecheap! This is my bad experience!

I want to share a very very very bad experience with EasyWP from Namecheap.

Anyone here live in USA? could you help me what i need to do? should i call a lawyer?

I hope you NEVER buy from Namecheap EasyWP!
I have SUPERSONIC hosting at EasyWP, which is their highest hosting level.

But too many down, uptime only 98% or worst 97%.

Since I moved to EasyWP, I've encountered various problems. Starting with the server that can't handle my sitemap. Yes, my sitemap is problematic because of Nginx, but EasyWP is unable to solve this issue.

It seems like their employees are new and still learning how to handle servers.

Two days ago, I chatted with their customer service representative named Volod. I had another problem with my logo changing from HTTPS to HTTP because their server is very bad.

What did the CS do? He deleted all my plugins, themes, and data. THAT'S TRUE; no other hosting company would delete your data, but this EasyWP CS did. The worst part is they have NO BACKUPS!

They didn't fix it immediately. I've had to wait 2 days until now, even though it was their unprofessional mistake to delete my website's data.

Then the chat was moved to a CS named Olek, who amusingly said, "Your file was deleted by an unknown." Is it true that the file deleted itself? It seems like a lie to cover for his friend Volod.

For 2 days, I was stressed by the treatment of customer service (who are also from the same country, Ukraine).

Lie after lie, leaving me waiting for 6 hours in chat without any results.

They finally restored it, but the backup was from a week ago, not the latest one. Many of my articles are gone.

And they need to MAINTENANCE AGAIN MY WEBSITE.

Until now ( 2 days ), my website is still down, and my articles are gone.

They have no backup and claim to be fixing it but to no avail.

Imagine, after they deleted my website's data, now I have to bear everything. Waiting for 2 days, my SEO is destroyed, my visitors are gone, and my keywords have all dropped.

After losing visitors and clients, all my SEO efforts to climb the website on Google are destroyed.

They always casually answered, "Be patient, we are working." Oh yeah, it's been 2 days with that same answer!!!

I ASK FOR YOU GUYS,

IS THERE A LAWYER IN THE USA WHO CAN HELP HANDLE MY PROBLEM?

*Most of their employees have no respect for people, destroy people's businesses at will, and take no responsibility.

After 3 days of broke my website, EasyWP NameCheap still not restore my data, for not my mistake
Any advice guys?

Haven't used their hosting but their domain registry and their hosted Email. Not impressed with any of these.

- For the domain part they apparently started working with some crappy lists they compiled where they stop you from registering and they want to discuss with you your business plans as the particular domain was on their stupid "list".

- Also their Email hosting is not impressive at all. Short downtimes every now and then and it doesn't remember Email addresses you used before, you have to full type them out every time


Loved Namecheap, they started as a reseller of enom, had a wonderfully fast no-BS backend, but I guess they had it too good for too long and started getting fancy and whatnot

I switched all domains to Namesilo, and the hosting (site) happened to me in the same way as you. That was 5 years ago, even when they close your site after a year and force you to buy SSL and ruin the site anyway. I forgot about them and switched to another provider.

Just a brief notice: you have very few chances to win a lawsuit against them so better save your money. In the future, go for regular hosting plans and install wordpress yourself, it's essy and cheaper. Most of so called dedicsted wp hosting are a sort of making customers pay more for the same basic resources.

Don't buy hosting and domain name in bulk from the same company, get a good registrar for domains and then would be easy to change hosting if needed. Learn to make your own backups in the future.
When I used namecheap as a registrar was ok.

Problem SOLVED.​

EasyWP has compensated me $500, and has restored my website backup.

But still, consider it if you want to host there.
