When you contact their support about the gig, instead of helping you, expect that they will explore your every gig and deny every gig that they think is shady (even though there is plenty of the same gigs live on Fiverr at that moment). First I contacted them a month ago and immidiately I got "copyright infrigment" bullshit for 2 of my gigs which were not that much profitable anyway. But when I contacted them recently, they denied 4 of my gigs that were there for years online, and were most profitable. Their cusomter support has completely fucked up my business, deniing gigs that others offer too.

Honestly I don't know what a fuck happend with Fiverr, in the past they were doing some effort to protect the buyers and to give everyone an equal chance, but their new management is simply doing a very bad job.

I really hope some guys from Fiverr will read this.

As a USA Company Fiverr cannot tolerate any 'shady' activities on their platforms as they are liable legally. This is the biggest problem. As seller we are fine as we can use stealth account but authorities will go after Fiverr. This is why they conducted a manual review of all your gigs and decided that some gigs are just not worth having for the potential problems that it might cause.
 
Yeah, but why do they say "compyright infrigement" when I know it is a lie, noone reported me, but some wiseguy from their support decided to divide what is right and what is wrong. As I said they need to stand up behind their buyers a little bit....and why they didn't do the same for all other simillar gigs from other buyers and deny them. I don't see why a gig "movie review" should be denied. It is jut one example... and there is plenty.

They never did this cheap shots before. Fiverr support was there to help you and not to fuck up your business.

I was talking about Fiverr not Google. Competition didn't report me on Fiverr, neither "third party companies" but some brainless guy from the support decided to fuck up my 4 most profitable gigs (and 2 gigs before that). Gigs, for the services that other people are offering as well, there are litetally 50+ simillar services live like my denied gigs, and most of my gigs were white hat and were bringing money. It just doesn't make sense. And the shady ones with little correction could pass the moderation so I would keep the ratings. And now I am afraid to contact the bastards ever again.
 
They might just be culling the herd and you were one of the unlucky ones at the front of the pack.

Past success doesn't mean you will always have the same success in the future. And when we rely on other peoples websites it's even more of a thin line we walk.

So you had gigs that could get busted and you contacted support. Not a very bright idea eh.

BTW come down, mate. I just recalled the spam thing cuz that's exactly how it works, you enter their spotlights yourself. I wasn't saying that's what you did, I just said that's how it works.

The point is that I had those gigs for years and they never acted that way, I contacted them numerous times before. They were actually trying to help and if the gig was shady they would pause it and tell you what should you change. But now every time I contact them they deny some of my gigs, with the message "copywrite infrigement", which is a total lie. They act like some autoritary regime, which will get back to their head eventually.
 
For the same reason, i don't even edit my gigs. I have pretty much all of them since Fiverr started, so for more than 6 years now. If i were to edit them, i'm pretty sure, that most of them would be denied.

Back then everything was a go, their TOS functioned as decoration. Since then they got bigger, a lot bigger. They received quite a few C&Ds from Facebook, Amazon and other companies, from Amazon a lawsuit too. So now they're enforcing their TOS whenever and whereever they can. They can do it easily, because they are overran with sellers.

If you see others with gigs as your banned ones, it doesn't mean that they're in the clear, it can mean that they haven't got busted (yet).

As bartosimpsonio suggested above: don't draw unwanted attention to yourself and you'll be fine, but maybe it's already too late for you. Although sometimes you cannot really avoid to contact them.
 
The worst thing is that many of the new gigs created don't show up in the search engine. Before a few years ago everyone, even a new account would get a chance to at least show up in the newest arrivals with its gig. Now even if I create the same gigs, they might not show up in their search and maybe they flagged my account so they will be denied again. I wish I knew all this before. I still can't believe it, I hope someone will find usefull this thread.
 
yeah thats true about fiver, did that myself this last year. but hey they are trying to over their own so I dont blame them. Always got to cover your own when running any business but yeah that business seems pretty hot under fire but sure they are banking plenty along the way.
 
Yes sadly that is how fiverr is now, the same thing happened to me with a 2 years old gig in the web traffic niche... they just disable my gig with 300+ positive reviews and every time i asked the support why? they gave me a different reason (so you know it's just excuses)
 
I remember that one moron buyer reported my SEO gig as a scam, even though I offered him a full refund and the gig had 50+ positives and 0 negatives, the Fiverr support immidiately denied the gig. Fortunately in this case after contacting them, they recovered it.
 
Fiverr support are notoriously unhelpful.
 
It had happened to me.
I had one gig which was earning me most. Contacted fiverr to report bug in the my gigs page.
They deleted my gig with 100s of reviews.

Don't contact fiverr unless it is absolutely necessary...
 
I got the same problem with 4 of my best selling gigs. I added video to them and they got denied. Tried to contact support, and after this they denied another 2.
It's bullshit!
