Yes, we don't normally get many issues like this, so when we do get one, we usually suspect that there may be some localised problem between the user's pc and SC. In these circumstances we always try to help, but ultimately if we can't get SC to work to a reasonable level on a customer's pc we will refund.
One other point I would like to make:
We are always here to face up to our responsibilities in public. There are many software creators who are conspicuous by their absence when the heat is on - including some of our competitors. I think this shows our commitment both to our products and our customers.
