Anton isn't a very good English speaker, so their support always struggles to explain things but in this specific case, the OP simply doesn't understand how IP assignments work.

There is no single unified database of IP locations so all databases depends on their own data which basically means that IP in one website can be detected as Canadian but in others - from any other country.

This happens because IPv4 addresses are sold/purchased all over the world and gets re-announced by new owners but databases of websites that provide IP information lags behind.

Here is example of OPs IP address, now it shows that its US IP as expected.

Hope this explaination helps in future because it's quite common problem, especially with residential IPs.
