Donor Status - Howto?

Hey folks, I own a successful Agency established since 2006 and have bought many a useful service via BHW but I find now that we can offer more than we need to source .... I know I need 100 Posts to be able to Sell on here, but what I am confused about is how to obtain 'Donor' status? Any other advice much appreciated because I want to add something. I gotta tell you warriorforum makes me wanna puke and I can't handle its rankness anymore.
