Done with packetstream proxies- Any best alternatives

I have been using packetstream proxies for quite sometimes for now. But recently I have started facing a lot of downtime with continuous disconnections from their proxies and connection slower than a tortoise walking through a desert.
They are also blocking a lots of websites.. Heck even yahoo mail.
Frustrated and done.. I'm now looking for the best alternatives.

Can you anyone recommend the best proxy providers that

• Have residential proxies from multiple countries
• Does not block websites like Paypal, social media sites, Yahoo
• Charges per GB usage rather than monthly subscriptions per port.
• Is fast and affordable

If anyone has any recommendations from BHW marketplace, I would appreciate if you can link them here. I have searched the marketplace but did not find one that fits my criteria..

Yeah since PacketStream's service went downhill (they didn't even bother to defend themselves in the Dispute Resolution thread they had here), I've realised that I'm pretty sure a lot of the residential proxy sellers were just resellers of their service, as they seem to have similar issues. Having tried a few trial accounts from the BHW marketplace, Thunderproxies is the one that performed best for me.

From my experience different kind of proxies may work well for paypal, social sites like instagram and sites like yahoo.
My point is - if you want to save some $$ you need to look for proxies per site (for some social sites you dont need residential proxies at all).
If you want one type of proxies that work for any site you want you will overpay.

Alternatively, you can also post in the “Want to Buy” (https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/want-to-buy.92/) section if you have customized requirements like customized protocol requirements, locations and payment methods etc.
