Done with Ebay, done with Craigs, done with packing shit

Ive done this stuff for years, tired of the hassle. What can anyone suggest to make $ a little easier? I know there are TONS of things here but I only have a few hours free per week to do stuff like this. Not looking to retire next yr either, just something to do thats profitable.
