well thats the problem, I dont have that service and are in the contry side far from the next banc, and i would like to be donator today, not next month

I think you can verify it with a VCC, and you can find some VCC sellers on the forum in the Buy sell section...
Contact some of the sellers and they'll tell you what to do.

Verify your PP by virtual credit card and you can do anything by this.But be careful when using PP. Because they will limit you,if you they found anything wrong with your account.
