I don't have anything to do with expired article hunter and do not know if they are giving out any discount codes.
I do not currently have a lifetime option for Domain Hunter Gatherer Premium though I have thought about implementing one. I will look into this today, if you post the same request in the sales thread for DHG (just so I get a notification of it and don't forget about it) I will answer it later on when I have thought through the possibility of it. Thanks

The easiest way I find is to use some FTP software that allows for drag and drop so you can just drag the contents of the folder to your web host and it will all be online with little to no effort.
Filezilla is a great free FTP software.
