Unless you wanted to put a link on an existing page likely the easiest way to do it would be to copy an existing page and just insert the new content to that page. It would not be possible to take any website design and turn it into a wordpress template and then also pull out all of the content of a website and insert it all to a WP blog as posts. The variation in design from one site to another is almost infinite and often designs don't even stick to html spec.

I don't see why not, it is a fairly lightweight software that shouldn't take up too much resources.
