DomRecovery will download all files in .html format or it can also download wordpress files including its dashboard and database?

To get the database and admin would require backend access to the database and things which would be a huge security problem for wordpress blogs as a whole. This would never be possible.
The website recovered by DomRecovery will look just like the original site from a visitors point of view as the content sill still be there.

This software is very much still being updated, the latest update was about a week ago. Also this software is a part of the Domain Hunter Gatherer Pro package so while DHG Pro is still the best expired domain finding software available this will be maintained.
