You won't get your account banned, but you can use proxies via your Control Panel > Internet Connections settings dialog.

Why when I try to login to twitter with the trial version it just goes to a page and says...

The website cannot display the page
HTTP 405
Most likely cause:
The website has a programming error.

What you can try:
Go back to the previous page.

This error (HTTP 405 Method Not Allowed) means that this program was able to connect to the website, but the site has a programming error.

I downloaded that, and it said trial has ended before ive even used it lol
