Just stick with Godaddy, unless what you are doing can result in legal letters or takedown notices, if that is the case then register it with an Australian registrar.

There are number of domain registrar who offer the cheapest domain registration ,but I want to suggest you for internetbs.net. As Its price is low compare to other domain registrar.
