Domains with trademark

Hello,

I am running some niches and already for 3 of them I've got copyright complains from the companies. They are requesting me to give them details in order to transfer them the domain.

Ok it's not a problem to give up the sites, but I won't just give them up especially after I've paid a full year registration for all of them, so I've requested the companies with trademark claims a refund.

Anyway I wanna ask if someone has been through something similar and what's the worse that can happen?

No matter what if it is copyright infringement, your gonna lose those domains. I believe most companies will issue you a refund. I wish you the best of luck
