Domains with Chinese Backlinks

Do you skip a domain from using if the domain is not in the English Language?

What if the domain is NOT spammed for viagra pills
and previously owned by a genuine non-english business?

What are your thoughts on this?

Most bigger domains have a link or two from some automated shit sites. This can not be avoided and Google can filter them out pretty well, so really don't worry about that.

And no, I do not skip the domains if it wasn't in English.

There's a huge difference between non-english and chinese.
