[domains value] EMD domains with high cpc ?

i don't have experience with sites/domains flipping , so sorry if it's noob question , but let's say you find EMD keyword .com or .net or .org with
local US traffic 2000+ and cpc $20+ , can make good money with that
selling domains like this ? , i know there's other factors for domains value
but I'm asking about this case .

Who are these companies who can pay $20 simply for one person clicking the ad

?
I would monetize it myself personally then flip it once the site is built and making money on a monthly basis. That way it will be worth FAR more.

you won't make money from just selling this domain. You must consider that the keyword tool is very inaccurate, especially when it goes for the very high cpc keywords, i don't think anyone has ever seen a 20$ per click for real, just on the keyword tool estimations. build a site, make some backlinks, get some traffic and then you'll probably be able to sell it for good price

don't give opinions in something you don't know about , about building
sites and flip it do you think i don't know about that ? if you have thousands of EMD keywords you will build site for each keyword
or try to monetize some in other methods ?

i have specific question and don't need blah blah... comments

I don't made thread to discuses adwords keywords tool accuracy ,
back to domain flipping you are talking from experience in domains/sites
flipping ? or just a comment ?

Try the domain forums. There was a good book in the downloads but the link is dead.

And its not worth selling if you ask me. But i have very limited reading experiences on the subject. And most of the stuff is much hyped now. You could have sold it for decent some in 2003/ 2006 but now all are shifting toward website flipping.

Take stats of 2 months. Multiply the Avg income by 5-10. That's the expected selling price you can put for a an adsense site in Flippa.

I would think 12 to 24 would be a better multiplicator. No need to sell any site for half a year revenue unless it's a fire sale.
