Wasn't able to post a review because the thread was closed at the time.
Anyways, I purchased a domain a couple months ago and for the price it seems pretty good. The domain had a lot of links, decent metrics, and a solid history.
OP literally pushed it to me in like 30 minutes, I was quite surprised.
Very fast.

Look at their registration dates, if before 60 days to the day (today) then it's possible to transfer out.

Re-indexing depends on the quality of site you build. If you build even a half decent site, in case of non indexing you can send a reconsideration request. Which you can't do if you build doorway or poorly looking PBN or something like this.
