Domains getting listed as Phishing

I have the same issues as well (and I guess we are both using it for German sites since ESET is a German company and very focused on Germany), and I do also all kind of tricks (cloaking, only allowing certain IPs on the page, Cloudflare "protection" stuff, own IP blacklist, tracking codes) but to no avail.

Any solution?
