Domains by Proxy?

I'm looking for the WHOIS info on a website I need to purchase. The WHOIS info returned domainsbyproxy the contact information - A private registrar that attempts to keep the domain owners information private.

Any idea how I would get in contact with him to make an offer?

Domains by proxy is Godaddy's service for private whois. You are able to use that whois info and email registratrant, Domains by proxy will forward mail to domain owner. Then you can make him an offer.

The only option is to use email mentioned in whois info (although it looks weird). However, chances are slim because such emails end up in spam. If its a developed website, then look for any contact info on the website.
