AI, expired domains, and smart monetization are quietly making domain flipping profitable again.

With AI tools analyzing keyword trends in real-time, finding undervalued domains is easier than ever. Combine that with smarter parking optimization (geo-targeted ads + intent matching), and parked domains aren’t “dead” anymore.

Are you seeing better RPMs this year? Or is parking still a waiting game?

It's clear that AI tools monitoring the market in real time will be the biggest boost to domain flipping. Can't wait!

Hey!

You are right. AI helps a lot on increase revenue on domains. We do use it for domain categorization, keyword collection, and campaign optimization.

One thing that’s been working really well for us in domain monetization is Direct Click. It’s pretty simple: a user lands on a domain → gets redirected to a relevant advertiser’s offer → the domain owner gets paid per visit.

And yeah, we’re definitely seeing RPM growth across our partners this year, so it’s no longer just a waiting game :)

Interesting take. I have noticed domains still work, but it seems more niche dependent now. Some names get traction, while other just sit for a long time. Feels like quality and keyword intent matter more than before, not just volume.

Still seeing some improvement with niche domains and better keyword targeting. AI definitely makes research faster, but good domains are still hard to find. Parking feels better in some niches, though it still takes time to see consistent result.
