The newyork-doctors.com is good.

I will suggest to build a database or directory of doctors in newyork.

New York Doctors has promise to be something profitable. You should consider ranking it for terms related to doctors in new york and call them and offer them Ad space on the website.

I was thinking exactly the same thing when I bought it but I now I'm pretty busy with another project and that is why I was thinking of selling it because I don't know when/if I'll have the time to build it.
