Anyone have a bad experience with this company? They in effect stole my money. Charged me 3 times and never gave me anything at all (no domain). Lady on the phone pretty much just said "tough luck" and stayed silent until they hung up.

Never gone with them before, not sure I've even heard of them which is surprising with the expensive domain name they have... I've never had a bad experience with GoDaddy or Namecheap, I'd recommend them.

if you paid via paypal you can file a charge back

not with this company....
but once I had indeed a similar event with a reputed "register" *cough*
and it took 2 months and lots of emails to get the refund. they were a pain in da ass for sure.

In future, simply use godaddy (although i f*cking hate them) to buy cheap then transfer out
to namecheap or whoever you wish to use.
my 2 cents

Thanks for the reply, guys. I'm just starting out and not much money to spend on domains so I've been trying the ones I can find which have promotions on for .50cents to $2 per domain. So far, it's mainly been GoDaddy but whenever I try to add more now, they are $8/yr or more. (that's why I tried the .75cent promotion with this company. I'm just worried they took my credit card or something. Guess I'll call my bank security dept. Oh, I paid with credit card (not paypal)
