It depends on the price, you did not specify. If not penalized it should be worth more than the registration cost, depending on other parameters, such as how good domain name is related to your target market.

I purchased a domain yesterday that has 27TF and 28 CF DA 14 and PA 21. everything was checked and doamin was only used for cat party invitations as per waybackkachine. Thanks for linking me to it.
