does a domain that include a trademark name like worldofwarcraft will have problems?

Some companies "chase" domains with their name, so making a worldofwarcraft domain wich is a registered trademark by Blizzard could get your domain taken from you without reimburse.

could happen, couldn't ever be a problem.

I own a domain with myspace in the name, never heard a word from them...obviously my domain hasn't ever done much either lol
