I have good experience with floki.net but they have one time provisioning cost that other hosts don't ask. Other options can be njalla or flaunt7 or all the other suggested . Just make sure you compare the specs and the overall costs.

Be aware that hosts can ignore automated dmca but once someone very big want to get your ass done they will send a court order in the host's country and your host will not protect you anymore. Long story short you will be screwed anyway, your dmca "ignore" host will not go to jail to protect YOU, believe me.

You have to buy everything with crypto and connect always using a VPN, always use fake aliases and emails. Always Encrypt the drive you use to work on the website. This come first before wanting dmca ignore hosting.

Well first its not the domain that gets DMCA'd, its your server host. I'm not even sure if a domain has ever been shut down by ICANN for copyright.

Anyway to answer that, there are lots of servers that don't fall under DMCA, after all DMCA is American law, so any server that isn't in USA technically has no legal obligation to follow it (but pretty much all of them do).

But it doesn't matter, DMCA or not all first world countries have very strong copyright law, if a person or large corporation wants to take you down and is willing to spend the money to do it, you're screwed unless you've covered your tracks very well or you live in an third world country with no true or unenforced copyright law. Luckily this happens very rarely, but become a large illegal streaming site and you can bet large corporations will come after you in a heartbeat.

Ok guys almost read all the threads, can oneone now tell me which is the best domain registrar for dmca ignored domains.
Also second question one of my competitor is using dmca domain and someone try to send dmca but his site is safe from dmca he just have to remove the cloudflare for some time then later it turned back on but even when the cloudlfare was down we couldn’t see which registrar he is using because the registrar wasn’t shown in whois dont know how he hide that

you need to get a .ext that suit your needs and register out side the eu simple.

there no other way becouse the ICAN of domains register of them all and can paull any domain down.....
