Domain without DMCA / DMCA Ignored.

DMCA ignore doesn't exist for domains, it is different. To takedown a domain, it doesn't need to be DMCA. Mostly they request a court order to do so.

Receiving DMCA is very rare on domains, because who is hosting this isn't the domain registar but the hosting provider. What can happen is they fill a "complaint abuse" to takedown by copyright abuses. But isn't related with dmca ignored or not.

That is different. Abuses and DMCA are a little different, understand that.

Nothing to do with hosting service. It's content related and you can't prevent it. Sorry.
 
I don't understand how you guys come up saying x is safer than y. All I understand is the fact that all the domains are controlled by ICANN which is a non-profit organisation located in Los Angeles, USA. So, if somebody (powerful) wants to take your domain down, they TAKE IT DOWN. There's nothing you can do about it. No registrar can be "bullet-proof" like the way you want. For hosting plans, it is a different story but for domains.. NO there's no solution lol.

.to / .my domain with host from shinjiru is your best bet, just try asking them what would be their suggestion.
 
I do not recommend rebel because they ask for your ID/cc scan.
If you want a hassle free no info required and crypto payments go for njal.la.

So what? It is all about policy. If somebody wants to take your domain down, they can do it; given then they have enough clearance/power/will/whatever. Your domain ownership is not bullet-proof.

Hello everybody, I see in Shinjiru website that .se domain names are nor longer bulletproof domains...
 
there is no such thing as DMCA ignored domain.

If someone want your domain to be taken down they will not regarding who you registered at. What you want to have is anonymity.

There is not need to pay overpriced non-DMCA domains at njalla or shinjiru: you can get your domain at namecheap creating a new email, new account, connecting with VPN and paying in Bitcoin.
