Hi,

I've found a very-very good expired domain name. Superstrong backlink profile from the biggest news sites all over the world.

Problem is it was someone's personal website, the domain name is exactly his name. It's a fairly uncommon name. Said person is dead, that's why it's expired.

Can I get in trouble for buying that domain for a pbn?

Have you look if it's named after a company or something. Won't risk it if it's not worth $10.

As i said, its definitely not a company. It's a personal name.

If that name is not registered trademark - don't bother about it.

In the world can be not only 1 person with same name.

They’re hard to sell especially if there is no other extensions being used.

Can you get in trouble for a PBN? Most likely not, names are not usually trademarked and someone’s name isn’t grounds for having it taken away from you afaik.

If you can get that domain name in the legal way - go ahead and get that. Just make sure you do not overpay.
After registration keep it for some time without development. If there are no complains - go ahead and use that.
